Kabuki Strength Boomstick

Co-developed with strength legend Donnie Thompson, the Kabuki Strength Boomstick is a high-grade steel massage tool optimized for Thompson’s Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) or “body tempering’ technique. Used individually or with a teammate, the highly anaerobic Boomstick allows for myofascial release to be achieved in a fraction of the time of traditional methods.

The Boomstick is highly effective for diffusing and breaking up muscle/adhesive tissue, serving as an excellent body tempering roller for the smaller extremities. The roller itself measures 24” in length by 2” in diameter, and weighs 19.5 LBS (a smaller version, the Baby Boomer, is also available).

The knurling on the roller isn’t just for grip; it creates ample pressure and a mild shearing effect on the treated tissue and fascia. Meanwhile, the Boomstick’s perfectly contoured ends make them ideal for targeting specific trigger points, whether in the pectorals, shoulders, subscap, hamstrings, etc.
