The Roosevelt (named for Teddy, in this case) is a Medium-Light, floral roast with notes of grapefruit, lemongrass, and honey. The Good Dudes also point out the inclusion of unusual spice flavors—ground nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon—which blend with the familiar white wine acidity of Ethiopian washed coffees to create a truly crisp and satisfying start to the day.
